Mody Kidon is the CEO of Gitam Image Systems, a private holding company, and of BBDO group in Israel.
Since 2004, Mr. Kidon has been acting also as chairman of TMF, the third-largest media company in Israel.
Mr. Kidon is now serving his second term of office as Chairman of the Israeli Advertising Association (with a previous term of office in the 1990s).
Mr. Kidon is active for the promotion of the Tennis Center in Israel. He is a member of the executive committee of Friends of Sheba Medical Center – Tel Hashomer, and is a member of the marketing committee of MadaTech – the Israel National Museum of Science. Under his leadership, together with Moshe Theumim, BBDO Israel volunteers for many social campaigns: The Israel Cancer Association and raising awareness of the disease, the Flag of Lights campaign of Elem – Youth in Distress in Israel; Nitzan, the Israeli Association for Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities, etc, some of which campaigns have won international awards and commendations.
Mr. Kidon served as a pilot in the Air Force and was released with the rank of Major. He holds a B.A. from the School of Economics at Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
