Noam Stern-Perry is Co-Founder of FINAL.
Mr. Stern-Perry lead, and dealt with various aspects of research and development of technologies of FINAL, as well as economic and business research.
Before founding FINAL Mr. Stern-Perry was an officer and a team leader in a technological unit of the IDF.
Mr. Stern-Perry combines theoretical and practical knowledge of systems research and development on one hand, and financial economics expertise and unique know how on the other hand.
Mr. Stern-Perry holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology (1995). He also holds M.A. in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University (2004).
