Ailon Michaely has held senior positions in finance and management capacities in hi-tech and other companies as well as the Israeli investment arena.
Mr. Michaely currently serves as a high-tech consultant and seed investor. He also holds board positions in several Israeli companies and start-ups, among them Arledan Holdings (TASE).
Prior to embarking on this avenue, Mr. Michaely served as the CFO / COO of Transtech Control Ltd. and before that as CFO and VP Finance of Housing and Construction Ltd., an infrastructure and real-estate holding company with sales at the time of $1 Bil. Concurrently Mr. Michaely served as Chairman of the Clal Insurance Investment Committee, with investments at the time of over NIS15 Bil (~ $3.5 Bil).
From 1993 to 2002 Mr. Michaely served in various Finance and Management VP positions in Comverse.
Before joining Comverse, Mr. Michaely served in various positions in the Finance divisions of Bezeq, AVI (Avionics Venture International), Tracor Aerospace of Austin, TX and the Israeli Ministry of Transportation.
Ailon holds an Economics undergraduate degree and MBA, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
