Mr. Slonimsky is the Chairman of Teledata (an Israeli Telecom company) and Surf (an Israeli Telecom company), and a board member of Alvarion (Israel) and Sequans (France).
He served as CEO of Alvarion (NASDAQ) untill October 2005, following its foundation through the merger between BreezeCOM and Floware in August 2001.He joined Breezecom in May 1999.
Prior to this period, Mr. Slonimsky served as President and CEO of MTS Ltd. and General Manager of DSP Group, Israel.
Mr. Slonimsky held senior positions in a variety of telecommunication companies in Israel, including C.Mer and Tadiran.
Mr. Slonimsky has a B.Sc.E.E. and M.Sc.E.E. degrees from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from Tel-Aviv University.
